1. Introduction
Welcome to Shri TechWare ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (shritechware.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Business Identity & GST
Shri TechWare is a trading unit of Shri Anjani Packaging, registered in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- B2B Purchases: If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to provide a valid GST number at the time of checkout. We will provide a tax invoice compliant with Indian GST laws.
- Input Tax Credit (ITC): We are not responsible if you fail to claim ITC due to incorrect details provided by you during the order process.
3. Products and Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive to display product images and specifications (including V1/V2 revisions) accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
- Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a ₹5,000 item listed for ₹500), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- Availability: Stock levels are dynamic. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or a replacement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We partner with third-party logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC Etc.).
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or Force Majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.).
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.
5. Warranty and DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of electronics and hardwares, our warranty policy is strictly defined:
- 3-Day DOA Protection: You must test the product within 72 hours of delivery. If the product is "Dead on Arrival," you must notify us immediately via support for a replacement.
- No Warranty on Burnt Components: We do not accept returns for boards with burnt, short circuits, or physical damage caused by improper usage.
- Manufacturer Warranty: For finished goods (e.g., TP-Link Routers, Synology NAS), the standard manufacturer warranty applies and must be claimed directly with the brand service center.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a 100% refund before it has been shipped.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once the tracking number is generated.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shri TechWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
